What happens if my location is found to be unsuitable for delivery?
If your location is determined to be unsuitable for delivery based on the guidelines provided in our delivery guide, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
Our transport partner will assess the safety of the delivery location for the container. If the location is deemed unsafe, we will deliver the container to the closest suitable location instead. If that is not possible, or if you choose to decline the delivery, the container will be returned to the depot.
Please note: A backhaul charge equivalent to 1 additional trip will apply if the container is returned to the depot.
