What is the process for delivery, and what can you expect after placing your order?

After placing your order and processing the payment, our driver will confirm the delivery date within 48 hours. Please prepare your location. Upon delivery, you and the carrier will inspect the container together using the provided form.

What happens after I order a container from Eveon Containers? After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, a driver will call you within 48 hours to confirm your delivery date, and your container will be inspected together on delivery day. Here is what to expect at each stage, from purchase to delivery:

  1. Order and payment
    Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Eveon containing your order confirmation, invoice, and the assigned driver's contact details.
  2. Confirm your delivery date & time
    Within 48 hours of placing your order, our driver will call you to confirm the delivery date, time, and address, and to answer any questions you may have. We do our best to accommodate your schedule.
  3. Check delivery requirements
    In preparation for delivery, please ensure that your location is suitable. You can find detailed information on how to prepare in our Delivery Guide, where you can also download a handy checklist.
  4. Delivery day
    Upon delivery of your container, you and the carrier will inspect the container's quality and identify any discrepancies immediately by completing the Container Inspection Form. You can find more information in our Container Quality Inspection guide.

Unforeseen weather conditions such as severe storms or heavy snow can occasionally affect the delivery schedule. Driver safety is a priority, and slight delays may occur in these situations.
