Quality inspection of your container: how does it work?

Upon delivery of your container, you and the carrier perform a check on the quality of the container to identify any discrepancies immediately.

What is the Eveon Inspection Form and why is it required?

The Eveon Inspection Form is an official part of your buying agreement. At delivery, you and the truck driver inspect the container together to confirm it meets Eveon's quality standard of being wind and watertight. Completing the form on the spot protects both parties and is required before the driver leaves.

During delivery:

  1. Make sure the container is placed on the desired spot.
  2. Please check the container for damages that compromise the Container Quality Guarantee. Fill in part 2 of the form accordingly.
  3. In the event of damages that breach the Container Quality Guarantee, both the driver and recipient to take pictures of the inside and outside. Please describe the damages on the form.

What should you do if damage is found after delivery?

Any damages must be recorded on the Eveon Inspection Form before the truck driver leaves. If damages that breach the Container Quality Guarantee are found after delivery, contact Eveon's customer service team directly. Issues raised after delivery will be assessed against the form completed at the time of delivery.

Please note:

What happens in the event of a dispute?

In the event of a dispute, contact Eveon customer service directly. The completed Eveon Inspection Form serves as the official record of container quality at the time of delivery and will be referenced to resolve the dispute.

Any issues related to the delivery location not meeting the Delivery Requirements outlined on the Eveon website (https://www.eveoncontainers.com/en-us/delivery-requirements) will be handled in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.
