Quality inspection of your container: how does it work?

Upon delivery of your container, you and the carrier perform a check on the quality of the container to identify any discrepancies immediately.

Checking the quality of your container is the first step towards giving it a second life! Please inspect the quality of your container carefully with the trucker and fill out the Eveon Inspection Form together. After inspection you will know the container meets the required quality standard of being wind and watertight. This will prevent any inconvenience in the future. The Eveon Inspection Form is an official part of the buying agreement.

During delivery:

  1. Make sure the container is placed on the desired spot.
  2. Please check the container for damages that compromise the Container Quality Guarantee. Fill in part 2 of the form accordingly.
  3. In the event of damages that breach the Container Quality Guarantee, both the driver and recipient to take pictures of the inside and outside. Please describe the damages on the form.
  4. The trucker takes at least 2 photos of the container (outside and inside).

Both parties make sure that any damages that compromise the Container Quality Guarantee are indicated on the Eveon Inspection Form before the truck driver leaves the delivery location.

When damages that breach the Container Quality Guarantee are found after delivery, please directly contact Eveon’s customer service team. We will be happy to further assist you.
