Can I contact the delivery driver?
Yes, you may contact the driver anytime after you have placed the order. The contact name and number is included in the invoice that will be emailed to you.
After your order is placed and payment is received, your delivery driver will contact you directly within 48 hours to schedule and confirm your delivery date. You can find the driver's name and phone number in the confirmation email sent to you after purchase. Please note that drivers typically do not work on weekends or holidays, though availability may vary by area. If you haven't heard from your driver within 48 hours, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
