Can I see the container before I buy?

No, it is typically not possible to see your container before delivery due to the operational processes and organization of depots.

Can I view or access my container before delivery?

No. Customers cannot view or access their specific container before delivery. Containers are stacked and arranged in the depot to optimize storage and handling efficiency, which makes individual container access impractical for logistical and security reasons.

What happens to my container between loading and delivery?

After your container is loaded and sealed at the point of origin, it is transported to the depot for processing and consolidation. Direct access during this period is restricted for logistical and security reasons.

How is my container's condition verified?

Every container undergoes a thorough inspection before leaving the depot, and you confirm its condition at delivery by completing our 8-Point Inspection Form. The verification process involves two stages:

  1. A depot inspection carried out before the container leaves for delivery.
  2. The 8-Point Inspection Form completed by you at the time of delivery to confirm the container's condition.

What should I do if I notice damage at delivery?

If you notice any damage or discrepancies when your container is delivered, take these steps before signing the inspection form:

  • Photograph any visible damage before unloading.
  • Note all damage or discrepancies on the 8-Point Inspection Form before signing it.
  • Contact our support team immediately to report the issue and initiate a claim.
